My awareness of naturopathy goes back to a period of my life spent in the United States, in 1992 exactly.
My first approach was Chinese medicine, which I studied in Paris with Éric Marié. I then deepened my knowledge in bio-nutrition at Isupnat Paris, before training as a Heilpraktiker at CERS with Danielle Boussard.
From 2019, I became interested in genomics, particularly with the NordicGenex laboratory. Genomics helps us understand how our genetic heritage influences our health, metabolism and reactions to the environment. Finally, I studied, and continue to study, micronutrition and the five pillars of health with Professor Castronovo, whose approach combines scientific rigour with a holistic vision of the human being.
Before that, I came from the world of music production, a field that continues to nourish my life. I was deeply involved in the electronic music scene as it emerged in the 1990s. With the arrival of electronics, the audience became an active participant: bodies began to dance, vibrate and live the music to the beat of the heart. This experience naturally led me to explore music therapy, singing, and the impact of frequencies and vibrations on body and mind.
This technological universe also brought me close to computing at an early age, an interest that has never left me. Today, I follow the advances in artificial intelligence and all the evolution it can bring to medicine with great attention, in the continuity of the same curiosity that drove me towards genomics.
My company is called La Troisième Note. For me, the "third note" is that silent note between two sounds, the one you don't hear, but without which music could not exist. It is silence, intention, impalpable, inaudible, yet essential. And that is exactly how I conceive medicine: the patient's intention, presence and involvement in their own healing process.
Nutrilexic's goal is to share the knowledge I have acquired and continue to acquire, so that everyone feels inspired to integrate this learning into their daily life and become an active participant in their own health. I am surrounded by other naturopaths whose experience and rigour I respect, including
Sophie Hauswald.
Please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can put you in touch with an experienced naturopath if you do not know one near you.
