Chrysin
Flavonoid found in passionflower, honey and propolis. Documented for its mild anxiolytic properties via modulation of GABA-A receptors, and studied for its inhibitory action on aromatase (the enzyme that converts testosterone into oestrogens). However, its oral bioavailability remains low in humans, which limits its observed clinical effects.
Never use a dietary supplement without the advice of a healthcare professional. Overdoses as well as deficiencies are not without risk.
