    Skin autofluorescence (AGE Reader)

Non-invasive measurement of AGEs accumulated in the skin, based on the fluorescent properties of advanced glycation end-products (e.g. pentosidine). It reflects glycation exposure over several years, independently of short-term glycaemic variations. A reference tool in clinical research for quantifying the tissue AGE load.
