    Sulforaphane

    Isothiocyanate produced by the breakdown of glucosinolates in cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, kale, cauliflower). Activates the Nrf2 pathway, a transcription factor triggering phase II hepatic detoxification enzymes. Documented for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and potentially chemoprotective effects.
