Some Nutrilexic content includes a feature that allows users to ask follow-up questions after answering a quiz question. These answers are generated in real time by an artificial intelligence (AI) system, accessible via an application programming interface (API). The AI integrated into Nutrilexic is configured to operate exclusively within the following framework: it only responds to questions directly related to the current quiz theme. It provides only educational and informational content. It does not prescribe any medication, supplement, or treatment. It does not make any diagnosis. It is in no way a substitute for the advice of a physician or any other qualified healthcare professional. The number of questions that can be asked per session is limited to 3 per chapter. The answers generated by AI are produced automatically. Nutrilexic cannot guarantee the completeness, absolute accuracy, or suitability of each answer for any particular personal situation. Under no circumstances should the information provided be interpreted as personalised medical advice. If you have symptoms, diagnosed conditions, or are undergoing medical treatment, you must consult a healthcare professional. Questions asked through this feature are transmitted to the AI API to generate responses. In accordance with the GDPR, we expressly recommend that you never include identifiable personal medical information in your questions. Health data constitutes a special category within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR. Nutrilexic does not intentionally collect such data through the AI feature. In accordance with the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act, EU Regulation 2024/1689), Nutrilexic maintains full transparency regarding the use of AI, clearly informs users of the automated nature of the responses, and does not use it for diagnostic or prescriptive purposes. Nutrilexic is an educational application and is not a medical device. Nutrilexic and its publishers disclaim all liability for any decision made on the basis of AI-generated answers.
