    Passionflower

    Climbing plant (Passiflora incarnata) used in herbal medicine for its anxiolytic and sedative properties. Its flavonoids modulate GABA-A receptors. Documented in clinical trials to improve sleep quality and reduce stress. Contraindications: pregnancy, breastfeeding, anticoagulants, sedative medications.
