    Train your memory

Training your memory is investing in your cognitive longevity. These games exercise the essential mechanisms of memory (attention, recall, recognition, focus) and lean on what nutrition does for the brain. You will find the foods and nutrients featured on the site, to memorise them while you play.

    Foods good for memory

    Walnuts & Blueberries

Blueberry anthocyanins improve immediate memory and attention in adults. Walnuts, rich in fatty acids and antioxidants, support long-term cognitive function. A 2024 systematic review (13 controlled trials) confirms the positive effect of fruit consumption on memory and attention.

    Dark Chocolate & Green Tea

Cocoa flavanols improve working memory and increase cerebral blood flow in controlled trials. A study of 2,031 adults shows that regular consumption of chocolate and tea is associated with better cognitive performance, in a dose-dependent manner.

    Fatty Fish & Omega-3

DHA (the dominant omega-3 fatty acid in the brain) accumulates in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus - the regions linked to learning and memory. Three recent meta-analyses link fatty fish consumption to reduced age-related cognitive decline.
